Returns Policy

We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.

*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable.  Shop.Heys.ca has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.

Returns Procedure :

1. Shop.Heys.ca will provide you ( via email or post ) with a prepaid UPS label to return the items to us, we will simply deduct $9.99 per item from your refund. This $9.99 covers the cost of return shipping & handling to Shop.Heys.ca
2. You can return unused items for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
3. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less a $9.99 return shipping & handling fee per item. Your credit will appear after Heys.ca has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
4. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 
   

Exchanges:

1. To exchange please follow the the Return Procedure above. 
2. Once your return item(s) has been received by us you will be issued an in-store credit in the form of an Shop.Heys.ca Gift Certificate for the value of the merchandise on your original order (less the $9.99). You will receive an email notifying you that you have received an in-store credit.
   
3. You can then place a new order and the in-store credit will AUTOMATICALLY be shown on your order.
